Pleasant Stay
it's located in at the heart of Tokyo , room I had was very small but comfy (Tokyo size). Very good Internet speed, Staff are very polite and super helpful although they may not speak English well. In short, it was a pleasant stay for me.

Meh
This room was too small for my bf and I, entire carry on luggage fits in room but no space to move at all. Amenities like toothbrush, comb, earbuds were refilled after use which was nice. It was cleaned every time we would get back but sometimes it looked like they never replaced the covers of bed or our bathroom towels because it started to develop a smell and I noticed our hairs were still on them. This is near two subway stations (about 2-5 min walk) which was great because we got to explore most of Tokyo during the stay. This is also near two family marts so it’s a plus to grab anything you need for emergencies near you. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. But only a few spoke and understood English. Overall I wouldn’t recommended this for couples or anyone staying in Tokyo for more than 2 days.

Saggy bed
The saggy bed in the room really tortured me. No wardrobe in the room, no enough clothes hanger. This hotel is good for couple staying over night...NOT good for tourists, business travel
