Very great staff, room was adorable, property and restaurant was perfect!

6/10 Good

The weather was perfect, hotel swim up bar pool had no bartenders. A spa is advertised but no spa on the premises. The rooms and resorts were clean. The restaurant food was adequate, more bang for your buck on the local economy. No beach on property although advertised, guest have to travel to nearby beaches at there own expense.

Great staff, beautiful location, close to awesome beaches with turquoise waters. Free shuttle ride services offered to Coki Beach and Sapphire Beach, which were very convenient. Our room was big and clean. The infinity pool is awesome. And the hotel is next to a local coffee shop (Picasso) where I had the best frozen coffee drink of my life.

Property was beautiful. It isn’t a place where you can relax on the beach on the property but they do shuttle you and there is a beach walking walking distance.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Very nice property - enjoyable pools, good food and not too crowded. Good for families but lacks a hot tub, ( spa is coming I believe), and limited dining choices.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The hotel was nice, our room was perfect , the hilltop pool was awesome !! While the staff were super nice & informative. They are not punctual , nor do they listen. I texted the staff & requested items , they delivered part of the items 4 hours later. So I had to go to the lobby & get what I needed myself & that’s a trek with all the stairs. I requested towels on a Monday , we left on Wednesday & never received any towels .

Property was beautiful. when you first enter they have complementary drinks alcohol that is. Could not enjoy the beach due to the seaweed but they offered shuttles to other beaches. Other than that, room was clean. Staff was great. Food was amazing at the restaurant.

Staff was very nice Parking was questionable- staff had golf carts to transport back and forth from room- you had to calm the front desk to get someone to come or walk inclines or lots of steps depending where your room was.
