Room was lovely. Slight problem with the plumbing so couldn't use en suite which wasn't an issue these things happen but gave us a complementary bottle of wine to apologise which was lovely and unexpected.

    Brilliant stay

We had a lovely stay at Habberly house, we had the Victoria room which is 2 rooms split with an arch - perfect for our family. The beds smelled fresh (always a worry that the bedding will smell awful when staying somewhere new🙈). The toys in the room for the children is a great touch too. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, cereals, croissants, egg on toast, pancakes. Alison was very welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for a fab stay

    Family night away

We recently went for a night got a curtsy call that day to tell us where parking etc was and check what time we were expecting to be there! Thought this was a lovely touch thank you! Clean fresh bedding, clean rooms, great facilities. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice of cereal, fruit, pain au chocolats, crumpets, pancakes, toast and a choice of eggs! Nothing too much trouble even when our toddler decided he wanted a dippy egg like his brother!!! Thank you and will return soon! Thank you!

Traditional Blackpool B and B. Hosts we friendly and welcoming, very accommodating. Room was nice and clean and beds were comfy. Lovely breakfast - continental plus option of eggs and toast too. 5 min walk from tram stop. Would definitely return. Good value for money.

    Not bad for the price.

We stayed in a family room. It was only £55 for the night so I didn't expect too much. However, I do expect to be comfortable and the mattresses were really poor. Some of the other rooms were open and they look dlike they had much better beds. The welcome when we arrived wasn't great, but the lady who served us breakfast the next day was really nice and welcoming and the breakfast was good. I had poached eggs on toast, cereal, coffee and fruit juice. It was pretty clean, however, there are no sinks in the shared toilet or shared shower room. So you have to go back to your room to wash your hands.

    Disappointing

On line photos do not match the state of this hotel. Reception and dining area, being the same room, was very shabby and in a bad state of disrepair. Bedroom had torn wallpaper and hole in en suite door. Expected full English breakfast but told on arrival it was continental. No fruit or Yoghurts on offer and very cheap tasting coffee. Loads of artificial faded dusty flower arrangements. Only good point was it was close to railway station for a quick getaway.

    Cheap and cheerful and comfy

Was really cheap en suite , bed really comfy nice corner bath . Bathroom could of been cleaner round bottom of shower and breakfast was disappointing was expecting full English but was continental, or either scrambled egg or poached but wasn’t explained so thought was asking how we liked our egg with breakfast so sat 10 minutes before having to enquire
