Not Recommended for Adults
This hotel is a bit too trendy for its own good. Since everything in NYC is super cheap right now (April 2021), there are folks coming into the city that really have no business being there. There's NO theatre; why would you come? I had to be moved to a higher floor after my first night because there were folks partying in their hot tubs a floor below me at 1 a.m. Then the next morning the floor was so loud I thought I stumbled into a frat house. More importantly is the fact that the beds are not mattresses; they're futons. They are NOT comfortable. The temperature in the room is not really controllable as its an electronic thermostat. Like to sleep cool? You won't at the Yotel. I woke up wringing with sweat every night. However, James and Sabine were very helpful when they moved me from the 9th to the 20th floor. Honestly, Yotel is too trendy for its own good and various components that were once "edgy" have fallen into disrepair. Stains, cracks, tears, etc. were throughout. Will not ever stay here again because, well, I'm a grown-up and the smell of weed is just not appealing to me when i need a good night's sleep which I only got with the help of Nyquil.

Everything was great with the exception of the leaky sink. But besides that, it was a great getaway and I will definitely come again !!

Great for a Night Out in the City.
Good place for the price. Great views and clean and comfortable room. Rooftop lounge is great, elevators all clean and working. Some of the faucets and things in the room could use some freshening up but no deal breakers. All in all was a good stay and I felt I got my moneys worth. Would def stay again.

Clean hotel, but would not stay again.
Had to take 2 elevators to get to our room and there was a long line when we came back to the hotel. We ended up taking the stairs and then felt like we were trapped in our room because it would have been too much trouble to go back out that evening.

Poor 2,0
Waste of time
Please I would hope no one would ever waste they’re money staying here. Please I’m begging you don’t waste your money it is not worth it. I started here for 4 nights an hated every night of it. The room was disgusting and looked worn out. Hardest process in the world to get on the phone with the front desk. When you finally get them on the phone Goodluck waiting hours for your towels or toilet paper to arrive. They don’t give you ice when you call. They advertise all of they’re amenities are open like the gym the bar or the restaurant or the outdoor terrace but I promise you nothing is open except the restaurant. Again don’t waste your money this place is an over disappointed
