Nice hotel close to the wine cellars. Reasonable pricing compared to nearby hotels We came down for breakfast 930 everything was full with all different types of food bread and rolls were fresh totally satisfied.

Great place for a stopover
What a jewel this hotel and locality is. It has a great sauna and hydro pool plus great WiFi and free parking out front NOTE : Ask the hotel to give you a discount card for the restaurant opposite I can recommend the food. It's sumptuous and delicious after the mediocre food we experienced in Hungary

Stayed here 2 nights while traveling through Eastern Hungary. Very pleasant location and staff. Great location for walking downtown and close to various restaurants, cafes and craft shops.

Don't let them give you room number one .....
Good hotel in terms of cleanness and location... I'd give breakfast 4 out of 5. But what ever you do don't accept room number one. It's on the ground floor and you can hear people coming to the hotel and also one of the staff member was listening to music at 3 am in the morning, which is okay but not when he knows there is a guest sleeping 8 metres away. Who puts a room near reception?

IT IS NOT REALLY A FOUR STAR HOTEL.
The staff are very courteous. Not shower in the suite, only Jacuzzi. It is uncomfortable to take shower sitting. The air conditioning is so weak, I did put it in the maximum but still so hot. Very clean the room. The sauna and swimming pool are very small. Very small both. The breakfast is not to a four stars, little poor. The hotel location is so far to the downtown and more to the castle. The restaurant is very good, the staff, the food quality, the price comparing to another in the town. Few waiters speak English from England. Two big problems: The restaurant are locating in the another side of the square and don't have internet.

Awesome spa hotel with location suitable if you have your own car! Enjoyed our stay immensely!!
Modern, very clean and gorgeous spa hotel located on outskirts of Eger. Catered well for spa goers and has good selection for massages and "wellness" treatments... Good breakfast.... Complimentary bottle of wine for superior rooms. We enjoyed our stay here without a doubt and would recommend if you have a car (free parking) due to it's location. Hotel restaurant across the road we would not recommend though...
