1. Locating the property was easy and transportation in and out was easy also 2. Check-in was quick 3. COVID-19 measures put in place was impressive 4. Good buffet breakfast 5. Room service was disappointing. Waited for room service for an hour without response; has to abandon service and went to restaurant 5. Room cleaning was not done in my room all day until in the night following several reminders. Even when the cleaner came room was not properly cleaned and toiletry not replaced 6. Towels in the bathroom require change - too old for a hotel like this. 7. Check-out was quick. Overall good experience but room for improvement.

The room I was in 209 needs some repair. The shower handle was lose. This can be improved. The corridor carpet on 2nd floor is too old. But the food is excellent by international standard as it's been always that way every time I come to Ibis. The swimming pool is also excellent. Staff are hospitable, quick and know their job well.

Property is located 5 minutes from Lagos Int Airport. Rooms and hotel basic but clean. Staff, including security staff, very friendly and helpful. Buffet available for all meals at semi-reasonable price.
