Very good
Good service but uncomfy pull out couch
Service & cleanliness was great. The location was perfect. My only complaint was the sofa in the king suite. It was so bumpy & distorted, you couldn't sit on it as a couch & when pulled out into a bed, the springs were all sticking out. Housekeeping brought me 3 comforters to place on top so it would be more comfortable. Oh & also, even though it was cold outside, it was hot in the room & I couldn't get the AC to turn on.

Good Brooklyn Find
I had a last minute overnight for my job and needed to be in Brooklyn very early the next morning. I found Aloft Brooklyn on Hotels.com and not only was it where I needed to be, but it was highly recommended by other users. The room was a good size for NYC, with a nice view, and a corner room so nobody else on one side. I loved the Bliss toiletries and the 2 free bottles of water! The bed was very comfortable. Even though the room was next to the “machine room” I heard nothing. I was very happy to find this hotel and would stay there again.

Great stay! I'll be back for sure.
This hotel is conveniently located in Brooklyn. I was happy valet services are available (for a fee). Very clean and well laid out.

Great location--but watch where your room is
Great location, great space. My only complaint is that the elevator was in front of our bathroom. It resulted in a lot of odd, and loud noises. Also, the 18th floor smells like greasy food, perhaps because of the proximity to the restaurant above?

Good
Good if u need to be in downtown Brooklyn
The hotel is good for ppl who need to be in downtown Brooklyn. It’s near the subway. It has slightly difficult street access due to a construction site across the street and constant traffic on the one way, one lane street where the entrance is. Room safes are not attached to anything making them easy to lift, put in a bag and walk out with. Rooms are small (avg for NYC though) but functional. The hotel is hard to reach if you have any questions or issues needing resolution after your stay.
