Very bad, no respect nor appreciation
My stay was ok at first! I booked a three days smoking room then I have upgraded to a room with balcony by paying more. Also, my friends come to book more rooms. This is what happened I have asked two questions for the balcony room can I smoke in room they say " no smoking in the room". I ask another question "out side can I smoke"? She said "yes"! At the reciption So, I have smoke in the balcony, and, respectfully I my self and friends we all smoked in the balcony. All and all, I have booked for 3 days smoking room and 1 day a room with balcony, also, my friends booked rooms the hotel let me pay for smoking penalty 1000 baht with a discount from 2000 baht although I have asked and the fact was balcony witch is outside the facility. I have told them this is unfair and please show the video from the servilance that proof when I asked the reciption they refused and ganged on me by saying there co-worker told you no smoking.

Just OK
We stayed for 3 days in one of the deluxe rooms. That comes with 3 coupons (6 free drinks) and netflix. The staff forgot to inform us you can only use one coupon a day so when we arrived the last day the coupons was worthless. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotell but most of the plugs in the room had no power and the cleaning staf also forgot to add shampoo and shower gell etc in the room. Everyday when the room got cleaned they just emptied the bin and changed the bed sheets. They didn't take care of empty bottles and bin on the night stands and in the toilet. The room entertainment you supposed to pay an extra 499 for was not worth it. We could not add subtitles to the Netflix so my Thai wife would not enjoy the movies. The staff at rooftop bar was great and great service.
