I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past few years. The hotel is everything I need and I really enjoy the ambiance of the rooftop pool upstairs. The only issue I have is with the pricing on the menu, the price on the menu does not include vat and a service charge but when you get the bill there is a significant difference in price which to me is false advertising. But in saying that overall I enjoy this hotel and keep coming back.

We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel; I have stayed previously at this hotel and after this last stay will never return and can no longer recommend it to clients or friends traveling to Bangkok. The rooms were below par and my complaints about the room (smell, dirty air blowing directly on me - I actually got a sinus infection after one night of dirty air blowing directly on me. My room was changed but things didn't change, still disgusting). There were two large bugs in our bathroom, I killed them with a towel. The smell was extremely bad in the hotel, especially in the rooms and in the hallways - they use diffusers to try to hide or cover-up the smell but it doesn't change the fact that something is seriously wrong in this hotel. Our bathroom light would magically go on and off, I told the hotel staff that we were concerned about a short in the wiring and that it could be a fire hazard but they didn't seem to really care. It affected our sleep as well as the bathroom was directly facing the bed (all the 06 and 12 rooms do). There were too many problems with this hotel to name, I'm extremely disappointed and unfortunately, now have to look for a new favorite hotel in Bangkok in the Sukhumvit area - thankfully, there are lots of hotels to choose from. Do not stay at this hotel . . . too many other great ones to choose from.

Great service and location
Service was great! Staff were efficient and friendly, room service was speedy. The location was great as well, near the BTS. Small problem initially with the room but the Management was quick to salvage the situation. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the towels provided were clean. Only need to improve a little on the cleanliness in the room. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Stayed for 4 nights with 3 bookings, as we got 1 more friend coming for 2 days only in the middle, I booked a triple room. I explained to the front desk when I check in very clearly, she showing she understood. She gave as a twin bed room which is terribly small, and said will add one more bed for us on the next day, OK. Unfortunately bed was not added when we go back at midnight. Waiting the house keeping to set up at 1am, OK. On the third day morning 9am, they call my room to ask for the extra bed back, because they didn’t get enough bed for other room. WTF?!?!?!?!? Woke me up in the early morning telling me this silly joke? After heavy complaint, the manager offered us late check out at 6pm on the next day for us, which is not necessary since original check out time is at noon, my flight was at 3pm, OK. THE HOUSE KEEPING STILL WAKE ME UP AND OPEN MY ROOM DOOR AT 10am TO ASK THE ROOM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HOTEL HORRIBLE STAFF HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!
