It's a lovely property a real oasis, the buildings and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant had a nice Sunday Buffet. The staff is abundant but not very attentive to the needs of the guests.

Beautiful Hotel but the beds were really uncomfortable. I kept waking up at night because the mattress was really hard. I woke up with back and hip pain because it was that uncomfortable. Our room was near a walkway and so I was woken up early because of all the noise. People walking by, staff with a cart passing frequently, and the staff watering the plants on the other side of the wall from our room.

Unique boutique hotel on beautifully maintained grounds. Excellent restaurant. Great area to relax by the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. We would especially like to thank Elda Orihuela for her insight and overall helpfulness. Easy walking distance to town centre (square) and very safe. We booked the Aguamiel room not realizing just how small it is (no closet). I would not recommend this category unless you are only doing an overnight stay. We would go for one of the larger (more expensive) categories. That was our only negative.

This hotel is a stunning experience. The restaurant food is excellent. Rooms are a little cramped if you have any kind of disability. I do. Would recommend this hotel just for the experience alone!
