Very good 8,0
Decent for the pric.
Found the hotel to be decent considering the price. Can get noisy at times. It's on a pretty bustling street at night. Train station can be tricky to find.

This is my second stay this hotel because reasonable place, price.

Good 6,0
It was very noisy in the room. You could hear doors and people in other rooms.

Great value comfortable hotel
Friendly greeting, helpful staff, reasonable sized room, business style accommodation, great value, a bit tricky to navigate to hotel thru the maze of underground malls. The area is a little run down but this didn't worry me.
MARK, au1 night trip
Very good 8,0
Cheap and convienient but maybe not for Muslims
We needed a hotel to stay for one night during our stay at Osaka. I didn't realise that it was in the middle of the red light district so it was quite awkward walking to our hotel in the evening after dinner. The hotel seemed nice from the lobby but the room had a little prison vibe. The breakfast buffet was good as well.
Rabina, gb1 night trip
Poor 2,0
Cheap but dirty.
Lobby looks decent, but past that everything was filthy. Room was tiny, there were marks on the wall and ceiling. Toilet was tiny and had grimy stains. Mirror was chipped and dirty. Lift often smelled of smoke.

Good 6,0
The room is extremely tiny anc despite of the a/c set at 22 degrees it’s very hot. Basically I woke up at 3 in the morning and can’t sleep anymore.

Nice hotel
Location is great. The room is small but clean as expected. The staff is nice and good at English. The price is very reasonable.
us1 night business trip
Fair 4,0
The room and general parts of the hotel are quite dated and run down. As the walls are quite thin, getting a decent night's sleep will depend on what other rooms on your floor book and if they play the TV at unreasonable hours of the morning. The hotel was undergoing a renovation during my stay, so there is hope for improvements.

気遣いに感謝
大晦日に宿泊し朝食を頼みました。 コロナ禍でバイキングは中止。お弁当での提供でしたが、おせち料理風にアレンジされており、心が和みました。 気遣いに感謝です
