Booked accomodation initially for 3 days but liked the place that much we extended to the week. Location is superb in that it's old town central but just off the main street so still quiet enough also. Rooms all individually decorated to a high standard. Quality of furnishings and bed linen is excellent. The lady who looks after the place couldn't do enough for us, even to the point of organising our taxi to the airport and coming down to us at 5am to help us with our bags and ensure the taxi was there to meet us. Top marks all around!

We had a fantastic time in Dubrovnik and were very happy with the A3 apartment in Roko House where we stayed. They were extremely clean, stylish and comfortable and ideally situated in a very central location in the beautiful Old Town. Everything went very smoothly, including the airport transfers and we had no problems at all during our stay. We are coming back at Roko house for sure....

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Just perfect. PRO TIP: Do bring your own toiletries, it is not like a regular hotel in this aspect. (That was NOT a problem...we were able to biy soap at the market around the corner. CERTAINLY not a deal-breaker in any way!)

The guesthouse is on top of a pizza restaurant and in order to reach the rooms, you have to walk through their kitchen. The attached photos are of the entryway. Choose another hotel; there are plenty of them.

The location of Roko House is excellent. A few streets back from the main straden and the Pile gate. No stairs !!. The entrance is situated between 2 pizzarias so can be easily missed so keep your eyes peeled. The hostess was helpful and allowed us to check in early, which was great. The rooms are clean and furnished adequately and make a fantastic from which to explore the old town. I would highly recommend Roko House without hesitation.

An opportunity to be immersed in the old town.
My daughter and I stayed for two nights. A truly wonderful experience. Lovely host. Convenient location... no stairs to get there. Great to watch early mornings on Stradun, via tv in room and to be able to be out and about before things got busy. While there is no reception as such, the lovely staff from the pizza restaurant below signalled our host when they saw us arrive. Loved our time in Dubrovnik!!++
