Whilst the location, staff were excellent, and the upgrade very much appreciated, a few things in the room did quite work well, for instance the bathroom door would not close, when filling the tub, the water was brown, it eventually cleared, after running the water for about 10 minutes, and with that my wife refused to getting into the tub. Overall we had quite a pleasant stay

We liked the room very much, didn't use the pool as was way too busy and noisy. Not enough choice at the bar. WE dined at the restaurant, and were not very impressed, as others also agreed with us. The hotel location was excellen.

This hotel is a 5 star hotel in a 4 star building. The staff could not have been nicer. The location is great with excellent proximity to transportation to Iguazú park. The bus is within a 100 yards and costs 400 pesos round trip ($6) and it runs every 20 minutes. We had a great time and would come back anytime. The rooms are clean and spacious. The AC works great for a subtropical climate.

This hotel is at an excellent location. The staffs are friendly and nice. The lobby is nicely decorated and renovated. However the room is far below standard. The shower leaks after use, the air conditioner leaks with water running on the wall.

Lovely hotel with a great outdoor pool and bar as well as a decent breakfast. Literally right across the road from the bus station to access Iguazu and right next door to a number of good dinner options -Holy Bar does a decent pizza and great selection of beers.
