The property itself is good, clean and well maintained. The problem is the neighborhood. There are constant muggings going on just outside the doors. It's not the hotel's fault but you don't want to get mugged. The police are conspicuously absent and do not even come when called. The muggings are at times violent (if victim resists). We witnessed at least 50 incidents from the hotel windows.

Very good
Close to airport but in a bad part of town but at least the staff warned us about recent muggings that occurred right outside of the hotel. That said the hotel is secure with a security staff member at the door and the requirement of needing a key card to use the elevator.

My husband and I spent one night here before taking bus to San Antonio cruise port. This property is right next to bus station, approx. 1 minute walk. Cafe and fast food are within walking distance. This is a budget hotel, basic and clean.

We stayed there for a night because we were doing a stop to go to Viña del Mar the next day. The hotel has the advantage that is right in the Bus Terminal, which was also the main reason why we book the hotel. Thumbs up for that advantage and because it was at a good price. Now, we would not recommend someone to stay there for their visit to Santiago unless it was similar to our case. We felt a bit unsafe as the area is NOT Santiago's nicest spot. Staff was really nice. But, the hotel room could be renovated.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It has minimal amenities but that's made clear in advertising and they are not necessary Bus station next door can be loud. Upper floors more quiet

Not a genteel neighborhood
This property is fine and a great location, but once out the front door it is the jungle, so to speak. Watch your back 24/7.

In the world of Real Estate this Hotel fits the Location,Location, Location Key. Near the bus station from which we would depart next morning for La Serena. Friendly staff ... not Friday but all in Jeans and casual attire. Good Breakfast and smiling friendly staff.
