A fun little oasis in Sofia
A great hotel for a quiet weekend in Sofia. On the last visit it seemed to be overrun with Irish people. Leo's a great pizzeria (located in the best tennis club in town) is 400 yards away. The hotel does an OK brekkie, has a good pool and a decent garden. Also a great one for an active weekend (tennis, a spot of swimming). The staff are a bit Faulty Towers, but charming none the less.

There were three younger staff members who stood out. they were very helpful and willing to point out places of interest, make sure your taxy driver knew where you wanted to go, etc. Pool and sauna aria was very good, not busy at any time ….which was grate!!!!

Maison Sofia
Excellent hotel in a good location in Sofia. Stayed with family while at the European Women’s U16 Basketball CHampionships. Breakfast just ok, but wouldn’t eat dinner there again, if hungry go to Leo’s Pizza 2 mins walk away. Room we had was good had everything but air condition didn’t work in one room, said they would fix but didn’t. Bar ran out of beer, but I suppose 4 Irish family’s were staying, while staff were friendly no one ever smiled it felt like we were putting them out by being there. The pool area is very good, and staff there much friendlier. Overall had a good stay in Maison Sofia. . The food lets it down. Only ever use Yellow ( yellow written on the side) taxis in Sofia, and this hotel only uses them

It's a lovely hotel with good amenities (gym, swimming pool, spa, etc.), except for bathrooms/sinks and air conditioning which are not always working properly, everything was great as usual. Staff is absolutely lovely! Also, close to Tokuda hospital and Paradise all. Thanks for a nice stay. We'll keep coming.

Bulgaria birthday visit
Excellent hotel and staff very friendly especially the lady at the bar who gave us numerous tips of places to visit. A little out of town but the metro is 15 mins walk and taxis are so cheap. Breakfast good also with plenty of choice. I would stay here again and if it was half as good I would be happy. Little tip behind the tennis courts is a lovely Italian hidden away.
