There may have been some positive things to say but hard to find as the bathroom was dirty. Room is small. Hotel is very basic. The good thing is that it is close to the beach and walking distance to the fort. We checked out a day early.

Beautiful place. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious pasteis de nata. Lovely garden overlooking the beach & cliffs. Would have appreciated an upgrade to the sea front rooms since the hotel wasn’t full the day I stayed there. Otherwise 2nd floor with no elevator & no help with the luggage, which was surprising for an hotel this quality. 3 locations of Mareta hotels near each other, making it a bit confusing when you arrive and don’t know the layout of the place. Improving indications would be appreciated. Near Cape St Vincent for best sunsets & sunrises.

Comfortable small hotel with easy check in. Rooms are small but well designed with generous balconys with table chairs and sun loungers overlooking the sea.

The Mareta View was in a good position in Sagres. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection of food. We had a bit of a panic as we originally went to the wrong Mareta hotel in the chain to be told there was no reservation. Our hotel was literally round the corner.
