The cleanness was good, but not as gods as I would like. I chose a room ocean view, but it wasn’t really just in front of the beach. The didn’t li, ‘cause I could see the beach, but my room was behind other balconies, another building and some roofs, so I got a very small view to the ocean. It wasn’t what I expected. The staff is fine, not super friendly, but not bad either.

IMPRESSIVE!!
My stay at this hotel was very good. The staff was prompt and courteous. Everyone try to make me feel welcome. I had apprehension due to the middle rating of previous reviewers. Outside of the paper thin towels in the room, everything else was outstanding. I live in las vegas, were five star rating is the norm. The attention and quality of service was worthy of a five star hotel.

The fact that they have to lock the main hotel entrance without any notice. I went for dinner on Friday the 23th of August and when I come back to the hotel around 11:45 pm the main entrance was lock for about 20 minutes. I walk out from the Hotel and I asked an street vendor outside the hotel if they closed the doors at night he told me no. He said I have the phone number of the person in the front desk and he called that was I was able to get in to the hotel.

Good AC, good breakfast and location. Wifi was horrible. Could not establish connection and when got in didn’t last long. Dated furniture, broken chain on door that was fixed after we complained. Old Knob door that opened w key we could be opened w a credit card.

Worst experience with this hotel, the rooms are small and the shower are so small had to shower sideways, the pool is the size of a jacuzzi, only open until 6:00 pm the restaurant only opens for 3 hours for breakfast, 3 for lunch and 3 for dinner closes at 9:00 pm , while there being handicapped they decided to service the elevator for approximately 3 hours in the morning, had to walked down the stairs from 9 floor, the staff very unhelpful, the bed was a full-size for two people half of my feet’s were hanging out. Overpaid for this hotel .
