Charming and comfortable
Beautiful property and hospitality. The place is charming, clean and comfortable. Stayed in the economy room and it was plenty big for two people. Lovely stroll through the streets with many sights, shops, restaurants, cats😽great place to stay in Istanbul!

Good location
The air conditioner in room 303 did not work well throughout my three days there. The corridor was even cooler than my room. I have complained with several staff about the air con while they kept assuring me it would be cooler soon and even claimed that it was normal. But sadly the air was like coming from a fan instead of an air con. I hope the hotel management can renew the air conditioner of that room soon. Despite the air conditioning, I enjoyed having the breakfast in the terrace with beautiful sea view. It’s quiet at night which is suitable for light sleepers like me. The staff were polite and helped me with my luggage. It’s a nice hotel in general.

Esans Hotel
A wonderful stay in Istanbul with the Topkapi Palace a 2 minute walk from Esans Hotel. The hotel was very clean and a buffet breakfast was upstairs in the rooftop terrace (enclosed) All the food (except for cereals) was produced on site and very tasty. The young men on the desk were very helpful and able to help with any aspect of your stay. A very enjoyable week at Esans hotel
