NH Erlangen

The standard room in the second floor with an ugly view to fans on a roof was with almost 240 € totally overpriced. The room is low outdated standard in an old concrete building. The breakfast was great, the personnel very friendly. In addition at the reception for checking in and our just one (friendly and professional) person.

I booked a superior room at a higher price but the room was very average. I stayed for three nights and the room was not cleaned properly each day. However, the worst part of my stay was the Internet that just did not work. I complained about it to the reception and was on the IT support call for like half an hour who could not solve the issue. I end up using my mobile phone's Hotspot during my entire stay. Staying for three nights in a hotel without Internet when you are on a business trip was a horrible experience.

Perfect location for the walking area of town. My husband was stationed here in the 80’s and was great to see how the town changed.

Good stay and good breakfast spread.

The staff was SO nice and professional. Location is great- right by shopping and bus stop. The ony reason wht the propery score was very goo, not excellent is that there is a bit of construction on the right side (outside) I dont think it is regarding the hotel. I just wanted to mention it and to be cautious. Due to the walkway being obsructed, you have to walki in the bikelane.

Clean, well organised Hotel, Staff couldn't help enough and our five day stay flew by, both rooms were perfect, Staff came in every morning and cleaned them while we were out, breakfast was capable with European or English menu, ie, cereal, sausage, bacon, egg and the more usual cheese, hams and fruit, to sweet pastries. A small bar-restaurant was a nice place to relax in at the evening before retiring to our rooms so would definitely stay here again.

received a room which was actually prepared as single, much too small for two persons staying 8 nights! Even after beeing a guest at NH Erlangen for more than 25 years, my wife and I didn't get a bigger room. Lived more or less out of the suitcase, because no space!

Excellent room for the cost. Good location.

Tolles Hotel, prima Service, richtig nette Angestellte. Der einzigste kleine Mangel ist die feste Wand an der Dusche, dadurch kam man sehr schlecht an den Wasserhahn um sich die Haare zu waschen.
