dont book it for the whirlpools
booked this hotel around the marathon weekend as it had whirlpool hot tubs to relax before and after marathon. whirlpools have been out of action for months, no sign of being fixed. when asked checkin desk about compensation they said all they could do was offer us to use the whirlpools in their sister appartments the other side of town, not a suitable compromise in my opinion

We were with you last week. 3 people for 4 nights. There was a fault with the air conditioner. They said it would be fixed by tonight and it didn't happen. We moved for 4 days to 6 different rooms because of this malfunction. This doesn't make sense at all.

The room is a bit rough around the edges, bathroom light bulb burned out, trash can broken, carpet needed shampooing. Staff became friendlier as the week went on. Great location.

Family Friendly.
Great hotel with two bedrooms and two full baths perfect for families. There was a kitchen and dining area as well however we did not use it. Well located a 20minute walk to most attractions and restaurants and well located near a market and train station. A great find with a full bar, Good lobby and a gym. Don’t hesitate booking here especially if you are a family.

Double charging scum.
We were charged twice for five days accommodation ie a pending charge which never leaves our account for more than our stay and they wanted to charge us the city tax twice. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else.
