This hotel is a hidden gem in the city very pleasantly surprised My husband is in a wheelchair the assessable room room was perfect plenty of room, clean and very comfortable The hotel itself is fantastic great meals friendly staff happy hour what more do you want We will be back!

Great value in quality and price!
The service is nice and professional, creating a warm comfortable atmosphere with a sound balance between rules and freedom. The place is comfortable and only a couple of minor things like some furniture or a room fridge may need care. Overall we feel kinda home without the need to have friends among the personnel.

No bedside lamp to read, etc. Spattering of red material around frame of entrance to bathroom. On a positive note, location is great. Room cost very affordable.

bed was very comfy, place was clean. unfortunately could hear my neighbours opening/slamming and using there key swipe in the door late at night (felt like they were coming in my door). but that wasn't a hotel issue, would love to open the window for a bit of fresh air. Was perfect for where i needed to be.

Great bar staff.
Staff were excellent, from check-in to housekeeping to restaurant and bar. Especially the bar staff, I must say -- friendly, polite, helpful. The young lady who was the Covid Marshall on Thursday 7th January, about 5pm, was wonderful. Likewise, her colleague out in the gaming bar. If any of them are working when I next hit town, I'm in for a long visit.
