Overall an average stay. It is good but not as good as what we had in our mind from the pictures in Expedia.
Amazing hotel, clean, really nice room! Breakfast was Amazing! Pool is huge! Very walkable. Phuket itself is gross but if you are going to stay there stay at this hotel
We recently stayed at the Kee Resort Phuket and found it a disappointing start to our vacation. Upon arrival we were excited. The hotel looked great and was in a fantastic location. The atmosphere seemed very nice. However the problems began when we got to our first room and realised the king bed was missing, in place of 3 single beds. We spoke to reception about this and found them unhelpful. They stated the hotel was full. It took asking for a manager, and showing them the booking request stating clearly a king bed, for us to be relocated to another room in the supposedly ‘full’ hotel. The second room suited our needs, however it hadn’t been checked properly and the shower was completely broken. The large number of people came to look at it, and it seemed the problem was quiet serious. We were told to wait. At this point we had wasted a lot of time, and dealt with an unhelpful and not customer focused attitude. We asked to be moved again, to anywhere with a king bed. It took my partner insisting a solution be found to the hotel’s TWO mistakes for us to be relocated. During this ordeal we weren’t offered any real apology, and there was no real effort on the hotel to find a solution. It was up to us to push and ask. For a 4 star hotel this is not acceptable. During our stay there were also instances of wait staff being rude, uncaring and making us feel like we were bothering them by asking for a drink. Overall nice location, but will never be back...
Slept whole night without AC because it was Broken. Manager offered free cocktail for compensation.
This hotel in the middle of everything and the staff was nice , but the ac had weird smell come out of it. But over all I never find my self using the tuck tuck.
Great welcome with cold towels and a welcome drink. Nice rooftop bar with a view of the sunset. Great breakfast buffet, definitely worth it. The hotel is mostly open air and easily accessible to the public. It's near the night market and lots of night life, but was not noisy at all at night. The only issue I had was with our initial room: it smelled of sewage despite air freshener, but the staff did immediately change our roof after we complained. Good service. No elevator that I saw to the third floor but the staff carried our bags for us at check in and at our room change.
Wonderful stay. Bert short walk to Bangla Road and the beach.
Very upset. With v manager not refunding our money back.
Very clean, rooms are great, and the staff was amazing.
It felt like a family friendly cruise resort, even down to the animal shaped towel origami when first coming ino the room.
