Terrible experience
It was terrible . The hotel is under staffed . The front desk girl was on a phone call and didn’t check us for 15 minutes. The room hard a loud air conditioner. They only clean the room once a week !. The lobby didn’t had coffee a couple of days in a row . We will never go back there .

Great Hotel, but bring your Sleep Mask!
First and foremost, this is a great hotel. Great service, clean rooms, big rooms, great amenities, safe area, ETC. I only had one small problem with the room design that may not be an issue for most people, but it certainly affected my sleep and therefore my stay. In the room, they have an awesome big window that has great views of the pool. This window had blackout curtains which is exactly what I was expecting. Then there's a secondary smaller window over the computer desk. Great for working during the day as it provides nice natural lighting, but THIS WINDOW DOES NOT HAVE BLACKOUT SHADES. Just some horizontal blinds. I was exhausted, got off work early in the morning, just wanted to sleep in, and I struggled for most of the time because there was so much light in the room (my photo is at 9am). I know everyone doesn't mind sunlight when you're trying to sleep, and I usually travel with a sleep mask, but I accidentally left it at home this time around. Really not a deal breaker, which is why I gave high reviews on this hotel. I suppose I write this as warning to my fellow sleepers that can only sleep in dark room conditions...BRING YOUR SLEEP MASK IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP!

The hotel website doesn’t provide it the check in time. My flight was canceled and I was with my 12 years old son in an airport at 1:00am far from home. The website doesn’t provide the check in time before you pay. When we finally arrived to the hotel at 3:00am we found that the check in time begins at 4:00pm. Thanks to the young ladies who work in the hotel reception we can spend the night there.

Great stay
We had a really great stay here. We went with a friend so wanted separate places to sleep. We got a suite with a bedroom and pull out sofa and it was great. We went for a long weekend and it was awesome having a full kitchen so we could make meals and use the fridge and oven. Would absolutely stay here again.
