Pleasant enough hotel in a prime location
the units are well equipped and set in an excellent location close to all amenities in Svolvær. Overall we enjoyed our stay but our customer experience was diminished a little by a sub par breakfast. Buffet dishes were not routinely replenished and staff seemed to be focussed only on getting the job done rather than on enhancing the customer experience. We felt that, for a hotel that seems to believe it is high end, this was not entirely satisfactory. Also a “how did you enjoy your stay” type of comment should be the least a 3 night guest should expect on checkout but once again there seemed to be a lack of training (or was it a lack of motivation) in this area.

Bra beliggenhet, hyggelig betjening, fine rorbuer, enkel med god frokost . Tv virket ikke , da vi bemerket dette ble det forsøkt fikset umiddelbart. Da det ikke lot seg gjøre ble vi tilbudt et oppgradert rom.

Flott rorbu
Dette var en utrolig koselig plass og bo på. Nydelig rorbu med fantastisk utsikt over Svolvær og havna. Hyggelig og gjestfri personale også. Stortrivdes i denne rorbua og vil tilbake igjen en gang i fremtiden.

Anker brygge lugger vakkert til ved havna og sentrum av Svolvær. Vi bodde i leilighet over restauranten / baren, men det var helt uproblematisk siden den stengte før det ble natt
