This hotel will steal your money
The hotel rudely turned us away telling us we couldnt stay there because my wife has a medical disability and has a service dog. I asked for a refund and was told we were not charged. I went back tonight again asking for a refund because i WAS charged and they refused saying they should have allowed us to stay and we could stay tonight. I told them we already paid to stay at another place and repeated that i want a refund. Please help me in receiving a refund immediately!

It was a pretty place but the vibe wasnt for me. I’d say its a good spot to bring a family and to relax for a few days. It is in a good and safe spot so thats a plus. Lots of food places around but I probably wont ever stay there again. The staff though are extremely sweet and i loved being around them, they made our stay great.

Much better than expected
We stayed twice in Ambiance Suites, once with and once without breakfast, for both for roughly £30. Price-wise it's a big bargain. Breakfast is not buffet but with hot food to order. It's clean and relatively well maintained. It's also close to city centre. We later stayed in the much higher rated Oh! The Urban Oasis (paid for £55) and found it much worse.
