I lived the intimacy of the place. Has a single traveller It was easy to meet like minded individuals. The staff were awesome especially Mary and Joseph. The pool area was my favorite spot. You were shielded from the city madness by that pool. The restaurant is 24hrs.

I liked the cleanliness inside property. I didn’t like the surrounding area outside the hotel, dirty, noisy, no Restaurant in the area, no Convenience stores. Far from beach. Hotel restaurant expensive and they Did not refund me for shortening my time at the hotel.

Reception is unwelcoming so don't expect to be greeted when you arrive and at check-in. Staff is not helpful and not at all friendly. There were mosquitoes in the room and the worker started spraying some type of chemical while I'm in the room without warning. There is no refrigerator in the room eventhough Reception said all the rooms have one. They then decided to switch to another room after I asked for a refund. The new room still has no refrigerator but instead a wine rack, I'm so confused at this point and did not bother to pursue a refrigerator. Additionally, the property appears bigger and more attractive online than in person. I won't stay here again.

The room they checked me in on 20th of January the A/C was not working I complained to them it took the 5 hours to respond to me. After they fixed it the next day it stopped working again, I complained after 3 hours no body came I went downstairs to the receptionist and tell them to change me to another room she refused and said all the rooms has booked until I started arguing with them before they changed the room for me to room 215
