We requested for extra pillows and they can’t provide any. The hotel is located beside a bar which is loud at night. And the room is crowded for 3 people.

    Not worth to stay

Damn old hotel, next to pub/disco, music was so loud even on day time. couldn't sleep at all. Room is not clean, bed is too soft (can feel the spring is loose). Room key is really a key come with a long bar keychain, remote control for the heater is steel panel board mount on the wall with button type.

    Will not recommend

The hotel room is old and very hot. The local area is cery noisy, there are few clubs onthe same street. We put on the make up room signage with linen but the housekeeping change the bed sheet.

    Bed and Bath Option

Quite near the shopping districts and Train Stations. Facility is quite old style, especially the Toilet where among the establishment visited, this is the only (so far) that has no bidet (even manual). Still, for a needed Bed and Bath stay, still worth the price.

Bad experience and will not stay here again

This hotel is very old, the light of lobby, corridor and room are dark. It’s using hotel key instead of key card, and they request you to keep the key at counter every time you leave the hotel. I booked a double bed room and they gave me a room with extra bed, they changed me to another room after I complained to them. As you know Japan hotel has limited space only, I could hardly walk in the room or even open my luggage after they put an extra bed and most important is that I don’t need it and didn’t request for it. It made me crazy when the staff said it’s an upgrade for me, I couldn’t see it’s an upgrade and it’s actually was a downgrade of service. Check out time was 10am early in the morning, it’s my bad to wake up late, two different staff knocked the door and asked me to leave between 10:00-10:10, finally I left my room at 10:13. Honestly I don’t recommend you to book this hotel.

    Worst hotel

Worst hotel I've ever seen. Very old and outdated. Rooms are smelly and dirty. Very noisy as it is beside a highway. Neighborhood does not feel safe. Toilet seats does not automatic bidet. We did not stay a night even if we paid in full for 3 nights. Surprised there is still a hotel like this in Japan. This hotel should not be in the list of hotels.com. I feel like I was scammed ! I demand a refund.
