If the room wasn't so hot, I would of liked staying here. I wouldn't recommend staying here during the summer months unless you are able to reserve the rooms with AC.

Great family stay
The hotel room was great. There was plenty of space and everything was clean. The check-in was good and the receptionist provided information on the area and the local transportation system. The only issue for improvement is that the hotel amenities lists an airport shuttle but this is incorrect.

Close enough to Cologne
The place is quite basic but overall decent. The room had some plumbing issues, as water gurgling can be heard. Ground floor room can also be quite noisy from the traffic outside. Hotel is close to train and U-bahn so it is handy to get to Cologne.

Perfect location and affordable
Very easy to check in at the restaurant and a short walk to our building within a central location ideal for visiting Phantasialand. Room was very modern and clean. Only downside was lack of kettle and the street outside was slightly noisy but not the hotels fault. The man that checked us in S poke English very well which was also ideal. Taxi to the airport was £50-60 from the taxi rank a short walk away.

Great location. Shower drain MUST be fixed.
All was ok except for the bathroom shower drain. The drain was very very slow in draining the shower water so the dirty water would sit there for a two minutes which is not good when you are trying to take a shower to get clean.
