Safety issues and overpriced
Rooms literally flood from rain and aircon units, mould evident, be very careful when getting out of bed and walking in the room, you may slip and break a bone, internal and external noise unbearable - no soundproofing at all, balcony railings cracked - Do not lean on them, the beds aren’t made properly, pool merky and closed at times, flat out worth no more than $40USD a night at the very most ! I can’t see the authenticity in the 5 star reviews….

The pictures of the property are misleading. Room small a little dirty, dirty looking bedding on small bed. Sort of good location if you're going to Malecón, walking around. We didn't stay the night.
