Coronari Palace

Nice small clean hotel with friendly staff. Not easiest to get to from the airport so it’s worth getting the driver booked by the hotel to pick you up. We booked a suite with terrace but were given a standard room instead. When queried we were informed that our booking only said suite (from hotels.com) but the AC had broken down and we could move in the following day. Our flight had been delayed by 6 hours so we didn’t have much choice than to accept. The suite was the same size as the double room except with a sofa added and it was obvious someone had stayed there the night before. The terraced suites had been given to other guests and we were told that hotel.com had only requested the suite. When we showed details of our booking with picture, we were refunded a small amount because apparently hotels.com was not responding and there were guests occupying the other rooms. A disappointing start to our holiday.

Visiting room, with friends. Took a tour around the city. The people of the hotel were wonderful.

Great place. If I ever go back to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

Our favorite hotel hands down! Best service, room, location we could have had. We will stay here every time we visit Rome!

Coronari Palace was an incredible find for us. Great location within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Rome, as well as wonderful restaurants. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful in suggesting places to dine.
