Good hotel - happy and would stay again
For Japan the room was a reasonable size. Staff were very friendly and tried their best to be helpful. There were some language barriers. Breakfast was good but busy. Close to a train station so you can travel anywhere. If you’re happy to walk a bit there are restaurants and everything else nearby. Lawson downstairs and pharmacy around the corner. Amazing “help yourself” buffet style of amenities in the reception area. Be sure to book a non smoking room. We’d stay here again. The bathroom felt like a cubicle in a cruise ship - like a giant plastic mold.

Super clean and great service
The hotel is in a good location just outside the train station making it very easy to get around. We walked back up to Tokyo Station when we left, which was 20min straight up the road. The service was very good and breakfast had a decent variety. The rooms were super clean and bathrooms had lots of amenities; even shavers with a shaving cream sachet. The general area felt safe and was nice and quiet compared to some of the main streets. We had a Triple Room which was great as the 3 of us each had our own bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall I had a good stay in this hotel. The staff members are friendly and speak adequate English. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The subway station Hatchobori, Exit A4 was so near, and it was easy to go anywhere from there. I I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights at the early part of my trip and 4 nights at the later end of my trip. The walk to Tokyo Station was easy albeit quite far (15-20 minutes slow walk). One suggestion: The room 802 which was given to us at the later end of the trip had a bathtub which was pretty slippery. They should have provided a non-slip mat for the bath tub, as it may not be safe for older people especially.
