Great hotel with exceptional service. Every single staff member was friendly, professional and provided the best service. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast with good variety behind my expectation, and I am a picky eater. My friends and I enjoyed out stay for the first night. We will be back for another 3 nights after one night gap. Hope they are same good as our first experience. Looking forward to it. More over, the WanChaq bus station is less than 5 mins away in walking distance, a nice restaurant crossing street, very convenience location.

Sonesta Cusco
This hotel has an amazing buffet breakfast which was free. Great location for what we wanted. I would definitely stay here again as they were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for 1 day and were able to leave our bags for free as we traveled to Macchu Picchu and came back and stayed 2 more nights. Everything was within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, location could be better
The hotel is a standard 4 star hotel. The rooms are very clean, but a bit small. The breakfast is good, with a varied selection. The location is good for getting to Machu Picchu, and for the airport. However, if you want to get to the historical zone, it's a 15 minute walk or a 6sole Uber ride. Given that you will probably be dealing with altitude issues, it may not be ideal.

Bit too far down the hill from the city centre and our room temp was uncontrollable which meant we were too hot all night! Not the worst place I've stayed in at all and the staff were lovely and breakfast super!
