We would definitely come back here again and I would recommend this place to people who prefer not to hear noise 24 hours straight next to the window. ( in the old town hotels). The breakfast is great, location is great( we had one day pass). We loved it here.

Perfect as usual
Stayed second time, great as usual. Clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet spectacular and tasty. Only problem what we had was one of room cards wasn't working properly. If we will visit Tallinn again in future this is the hotel where we will stay.

Just an over night stay, so fit for purpose but not the greatest of places. Easy to get to the ferry and airport but staff were ok and just seem not to care about none Estonian's customers.

This hotel has a lot of potential but please stay away in the summer - rooms have no air conditioning. My stay there wasn’t exactly great - lack of air conditioning made it a nightmare. Only wonderful highlights were the restaurant service with delicious food, good looking hotel surroundings as well as friendly staff. Dzingel, please fit air conditioners in your rooms and I’ll be happy to return.

Tired rooms
We had stayed there a few years ago so we assumed that we knew what we were getting. Although there had been some updates to the building, sadly, the rooms were not what expected. Clean, but tired.

Life is a compromise
Stayed here three nights and used it as a base to explore Tallinn (had a hire car). Staff are excellent, all spoke good English. Restaurant was good, wide range of food for breakfast (bacon/egg/sausage/beans for English palate, many other items for other tastes). Ate dinner there twice, large portions, cooked to order and good value for money. Rooms are a little basic - spacious, but not overly comfortable. Main issue was the hotel was very busy and there are only two (small) lifts! So did walk up to my room on 9th floor a few times. Not a problem for me, but to be aware. Also at the time of our stay, there was a very large party of schollchildren, so a bit noisy with running around etc until c 10pm. Overall a good base and much cheaper than hotels closer to the city centre - so it's a compromise! I would stay again.
