A Great Place to Stay.
Staying at Cranleigh was a very pleasant experience. The room was unexpectedly large with its own exclusive parking spot right outside the door. There was sufficient furniture however there were no electrical GPO's adjacent to the table to facilitate the use of a personal computer. The room was equipped with adequate supplies of milk and cereals for breakfast and beverages. The bathroom was roomy and well equipped. The bed and the sofa were both very comfortable. The television was large and easy to operate however, many commercial channels suffered broken transmissions during the evening. The antenna cable appeared to be poorly constructed or maintained. The addition of a tablet with interactive details of the hotel and of the town was a very good touch. Another win for this hotel was its proximity to bus stops on either side of the road.

Loved it!
Absolutely loved this hotel! Lovely room over looking the garden. Spotlessly clean with every detail covered. As well as drink facilities in the room there is a complimentary coffee machine in the entrance as well as a water filter machine alongside the honesty bar. We loved the hamper style breakfast. Sitting by our window eating breakfast was a real treat and the choice was amazing. I saw a negative review for this but to be honest it's what sold it to me. We loved the idea and it was so much nicer than we could have hoped. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting places to go etc. Highly recommend!
