poor management service
I booked via internet and then found it difficult to add / set up an account in order to charge extras such as meals, bar breakfast, etc.so that i had just one final bill for extras instead of about 5 individual receipts all of which then required individually entering to my our accounting system. I'm sure this could have been done if your staff / management could have been bothered!

The rooms was really nice so was the food and staff, in my room some of the wall paper was coming off but the bed made up for it by being so comfy definitely would stay there again
