Very much not worth the price
Continental breakfast was gross, and accessing it required walking by the hotels garbage, also gross. When both my friend and I checked in, Fox News had been left playing on the TV in both our rooms. It scared my friend, making her think someone was in the room. I was personally turned off by the channel choice. The advertised Air Conditioning is misleading. What they have is not exactly AC, but ineffective, old AC Units that make so much noise they are not worth using. The doors to the bathroom slam shut, no way to leave them open, and they are like elementary-school clunky in size. Very strange. The phone in the room had no dial tone/did not work except for a very large blinking red circle that I had to cover up at night in order to sleep.

As a single person I booked a room with a double bed for 2 nights. There was NO indication in the booking information that it would be slightly bigger than a broom closet, would have a “view” of a large air duct that was pitch dark. I requested different accommodation and was given a pleasant room with no difficulty. Great! Next day I was out for the day. When I returned there was not one thing of mine in the room. I went to the desk to see what the dickens was going on. My belongings were behind the desk, a suitcase, and a plastic bag stuffed with my belongings. The explanation —- I was only booked in that room for one night and should have reregistered for the second night. What absolute nonsense, especially as no one had bothered to mention the second check in requirement. Not only was I on shock at not finding my belongings, but also at the ridiculousness of the process. I will not be staying in a Ramada Inn in the future and will have to think hard before considering a Wyndham property. Extremely disappointing.

No Parking and Dungeon Room
If you are booking and drive to the hotel, you should know there is no parking at all on site. you have to walk 2 or 3 blocks to park either at the Convention Center or Public parking. Convention Center $40 / day -- Public parking $25 \ day. Since I was there alone and on business they first put me in a room I would describe as a dungeon. One port hole for a window and a single bed in a tiny room. After complaining, I was moved to a more comfortable room.

Room without a view
It appears when booking with hotels.com the hotels tend to give the worst rooms with no views, etc.

Small rooms but clean
Rooms were really small and the walls were thin. I could hear the TV from the room next to me. Breakfast was great and it's close to BART.

Not worth the money
Very small room with beat-up furniture right across the street from s huge construction project that starts making extremely loud noise at 7 AM. Not a very good part of town either.

Parking is 3 blocks away and costed us $19!! :(
Do you like hauling your bags 3 city blocks from your car in the public parking garage, paying $19 for a few hours, and having your next door neighbor's toilet right next to the head of your bed? Then you'll love this place. Front desk staff was barely interested in taking care of me or answering my questions. When we first got to our room around 9:30 pm our "neighbor" was playing their tv quite loud. Got worried. Thankfully, the air conditioner was really loud and that drowned out their noise. The room itself was TINY! The Desk, chair, bed, dresser barely fit. Bathroom was really small, too. Good things: bed was kinda comfortable, a/c unit loud, bathroom newer floor and fixtures, 2 towels for me + 2 for my husband. (hey, it's nice to have a separate one for my hair!) Wifi was so-so, we weren't there long enough to really judge. Even though the price was less than others in the area, we paid too much for what we got. With the extra cost of parking, we'd have been better off somewhere else. :( I will be sure to read ALL the details on the next hotel I book to make sure that my car is close by and that I'm not fooled by the photos...hope you do, too!

Won't be staying here again
Hotel in desperate need of updating. Cracks in walls, 1980s furnishings. Room was actually in the interior of the building without any exterior windows! Room was so small that the desk had no chair, so I had to eat dinner and work on my computer on the bed. Only good thing about the hotel was proximity to downtown.
