comfort suits Gulfport Mississippi
On first day , when we came back to the room the room had not been cleaned in the towels and wash away will use I contacted the gas to come an hour and 1/2 before they got somebody into the room she to make it presentable. Staying three days visiting relatives, we demand went to Houston Texas to me wife's relatives we spent one week we returned to Gulfport we had reserved a room he got there late in afternoon we got in around that night started here in a high pitch noise coming from the refrigerator in the room is not possible to sleep with that noise contacted the check-in desk about the they did nothing I unplugged it so I can get some sleep.

Excellent guest service. Not the cleanest
Excellent customer service. Our 2nd time to stay here. We came back because even though the hotel is dated it was super clean and the guest service was exceptional the 1st time. The guest service was also wonderful this trip, however our room was cleaned over and not really clean . The shower walls were the worst with bathroom shelving coming in next. There were items in the nightstand drawers , the floor wasn't horrible but not clean. The pool area wasn't clean but the front desk and breakfast area were very clean.

Overall Great One Night Stay
The front desk clerk was new but was well trained because she did a great job; She was friendly and told us about all the amenities. It was just unfortunate that the location is near a seafood establishment and when you walked out the smell was horrible. However, the hotel over compensated because it smelled great inside the hotel and the room was clean.

Do not stay here
Checked in around 7:30 on Monday night (02-20-23) checked out our room like we usually do and didn't notice anything. One of daughters noticed what looked like a blood mark or something on the ceiling. I went down to the front office and informed the manager on duty. He informed me that he would have someone come and clean it on Tuesday (02-21-23) while we were gone. He also said we would do something with our bill because he didnt have anymore double beds for that night (which he didnt)We came back and noticed the spot was still on the ceiling and i went and asked if they even tried to clean it and he said nope its probably Ketchup or something else. It also looked like they covered up water spots on the wall. We would have went and looked for another hotel but, they were all booked due to Mardi Gras.
