Positive: Safe area, 3 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping all around. Staff is l friendly. Negative: The room was tiny! Especially the bathroom, You can’t close the bathroom door if you are inside. None of the amenities were open. Wood floor was warping. Cleaning crew came into room both days at 9am because there was no “do not disturb” tag. Overall: It’s ok, if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room. Everything is easily accessible. The beach is pretty crowded so get there early.

Photos are deceiving
Absolutely nothing like photos. It was dark dismal and unwelcoming. The room was small and next to noisy lift shaft. Blankets in cupboard were filthy not even good enough for my dog. Could not face eating there. Glad to leave next morning. If we had not paid in advance would not have stayed. 3*** Hardly deserves 1*

Room 69 : The room is in bad shape : the wall paints are chipping away, and wallpapers are old, dirty and not sticking to the walls anymore. There were stains in the bedsheets which they changed after we asked. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower. You cannot open the toilet's door without stepping over the toilets. There is no parking, you have to park on a city parking at 25e/day. This is not a room I wanted to pay +90e for! Very disappointed by this hotel overall. They didn't ask how our stay was upon checkout, as if they knew the answer...

Good but not brilliant
A very modern reception area was a stark contrast to the old fashioned bedrooms which could do with refreshing. Beds are comfy but rooms are quite small, a separate toilet is minuscule and the light was hanging off the wall. Room was badly lit and we had to choose to forgo out intimity or be in a dark room as there was only heavy black out curtains on the balcony door. Staff were very nice and everywhere was clean with lots of anti-bacterial gel at different points throughout your route from the front door to you bedroom.
