    I HAVE MANAGED MOTELS FOR 25 YEARS, SO IT IS VERY HARD FOR ME TO SAY THAT THE STAFF AND THE ROOM WERE ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL AND NICE. NO PROBLEMS CHECKING IN OR OUT.THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN.

    Was a okay stay

    Room was nice, desk staff was ok. Did not check if to verify who i was or that the card on file was mine. Also when i had a guess come in he was just given a room key no questions asked. Seems kinda unsafe if anyone can just get a key to ur room. Other then that hotel was really nice. I didn't eat breakfast there because it was extra. Favorite thing was the nice pillows.

    The hotel room was clean and tidy. The bed was a soft pillow top mattress and the living room furniture was very firm. The pool area was very nice and clean. The hot tub was nice except there was a bunch of sand on the bottom which was odd. They offer breakfast in the morning but it’s $12 a person. This seems ridiculous and I would rather just go get breakfast at a local restaurant for the same price or cheaper. Overall it was a good stay and I would go there again.

    So disappointing that for $140 a night you no longer get your room cleaned! The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming and free breakfast is non-existent. More expensive stay with way less amenities! Hilton you need a refresh!

    Well taken care of, nice pools

    Room was nice and clean, kids loved the pools. Great location close to the mall and restaurants. Only downsides was there were people running upstairs from 1am to 3am the second night and we could hear their running. First night there were people in the room above us that were jumping and running making a lot of noise come into our room until about 10pm. When we checked out we were never asked about our stay.

    Our air conditioner did not work for both nights that we stayed there. The shower curtain rod was broke as well. We informed the front desk and were told that it would be taken care of. Came back for the second night and nothing was fixed. Was told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do as their maintenance had gone home already and that the manager was on vacation. They were booked full, so they could not get us into another room either. All surrounding hotels were booked as well, so we had to spend 2 nights trying to sleep in 83 degree heat... Not very ideal after spending all day in the heat at the fair! Also was told they could not discount or refund us anything beings we booked it through Expedia. Very disappointed with the level of customer service at this hotel!

    When we arrived the front desk gave us our keys so we went to our room with our bags and they didn’t work- wouldn’t of been a big deal however the front desk tried to argue and said we weren’t using the key correctly, turns out the keys were never activated. Second of all our room was never cleaned, no one brought towels, we were there for 3 nights so I feel that something should of been done
