Quiet neighborhood and great staff
The room is a bit cramped but fair for the price especially considering that its Hanami. Staff has the best English of the multiple stays we’ve had across Japan. Even way more expensive places too.

Bed wasn't the softest, but I suppose that's Japan. Pillows weren't the fluffiest, but I suppose that's Japan. Location was great! Service great!

First Trip to Tokyo
I stayed here in late June, but missed the window to review it -- but all was well, as I knew I was returning for my final night in the country on July 13th. Friendly and helpful staff, great location for my needs, adequate breakfast with extended hours made it a great breakfast, comfortable - but I had my own pillow with me, clean and well-organized space, small elevator. I loved staying here as my entrance to being in Japan for the first time, because it was obvious the hotel catered to travelers of all kinds. I was able to sleep off jet lag and still make it to breakfast. I was happy to return after visiting three other cities, because it felt like coming home. I was sad to leave both this hotel and Japan because it was a wonderful adventure!

Small Room, OK for the price. Nice Area
The Room is small, as you would expect with budget hotels in Tokyo. The area is really nice with some restaurants, convenience stores and a big 24 hour supermarket. The staff are helpful. My only criticism is the breakfast which was a joke. You have to show a voucher to get toast, coffee and some watery tasteless soup.... Really? What's the point. At least provide some eggs or basic cereals.
