Disappointing ☹️
We were extremely disappointed from the beginning to the end. It was just a one night trip but check in was at 4pm yesterday and our room wasn’t ready until an hour later and the man at the front desk didn’t really help much and wasn’t very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean but the beds were not very comfortable or homey feeling. We were staying on the second floor and it was very difficult to get an elevator and we had to walk all the way down to even get to the lobby. Also our room keys were deactivated before the check out time this morning. For almost $500 a night we also didn’t have a very nice view so next time we will be finding something better.

Worst 1,000 spent!!! Horrible experience
Our stay was the absolute worst!!! The front desk service(Forrest and Liz) were nothing to brag about..they came off as rude and arrogant. We were unaware our A/C unit was broken and once realizing it was broken I reported this to the front desk at 11:30pm. They sent up a repair man into our room, with my parents already in bed. He looked at the ac unit and mumbled something about getting a new one!! He left and was gone for about 30 minutes. Once he returned he had a whole completely new A/C unit on a cart and proceeded to bring it in the room to replace it!! He was knocking into everything and actually feel into the bed with my parents and sweat all over the place!!! He finally left!! I reported this to The manager,Liz,and explained my concern to how our evening was interrupted.She said the best discount she could give was to knock off $69!! I paid over 1,000 for the weekend and I feel like they could have compensated me better than they did!! I also , called down to the desk and requested towels and wash clothes(Saturday evening) to which they told me I would have to come done and get them!!! And then I was told they didn’t know if they had 5 clean towels....I felt like an inconvenience the whole trip by that ENTIRE STAFF!!! That stay was the ABSOLUTE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!

Wonderful Spring Break Trip
This is our 4th stay here and it has always been wonderful. Two things were challenging this time, the line for breakfast was so long the entire breakfast hours (30-40 people deep almost the whole time which is a long wait with 3 small children), that our family was never able to get breakfast either morning of our stay which was disappointing. A few times we wen to get pool towels they were out. Other than those things everything was wonderful!

Room with a little view.
The hotel is right on the beach. Only issue i had was a paid for ocean view room and got parking deck view with a little ocean if ypu looked down the alley. Overall, hotel was nice and quiet and great location.

Wonderful View/Clean
Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was very good. Our room was beachside 9th Floor. The room was clean and view was wonderful. Service at the Front Desk was excellent. Breakfast and pool were a bonus. I would recommend adding some additional lighting to the rooms. There was a small lamp between the beds and another desk lamp at the desk next to patio doors. As we get older, lighting is important. Our stay was wonderful and we would stay at this property again.
