Lovey hotel
Very lovely! The service could have been a bit better! The staff seemed to be very scared of management. We took a small speaker to listen to our music by the pool area & was told to please lower the music because it wasn’t allowed... Please keep in mind that only breakfast is included. The refrigerator was broken, never worked & the shower water was cold :-(. But is a beautiful hotel!

Horrible customer service
We tried to cancel our stay and asked for a refund because we are from New York and under self quarantine. While the hotel did say they would refund our payment, they NEVER did. despite the fact we could be contagious and did not want to risk bringing COVID19 to the Dominican Republic. Even under this circumstance- they still refused. So, no.... we will NEVER stay there.

My group had an excellent stay here. Hotel is in a gorgeous location and the mini-suites are well-appointed and comfortable. Two out of three meals at the hotel restaurant were very good (one was not so good in terms of slow service and overly-salted food). Breakfast included was great. Will definitely be back.

It is a higher class hotel with nice marina/ocean view. Better to have a car if want to visit the Samana town and other places.
