    This was a return visit based on a stay several weeks earlier at this well located, well designed, comfortable hotel with excellent service levels. A minor online complaint was responded to within 15 minutes by phone and a non-dairy creamer was available at breakfast the next day.

    Birthday Stay!!!

    My family and I stayed here for my birthday, everything was fine; given the whole Covid situation shut down a lot of shops and restaurants in Krabi. The hotel pool on the 6th floor had an amazing view of the beach and mountain, as did our room. The gym was a bit lacking, a little update would've made the stay even better. The staff were very nice and helpful, and we appreciate their service. We hope to stay here again, when things are back to normal.

    Nice hotel, great staff

    Lovely room upgraded. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice but a little pricey at 900 baht per day for 2. Disappointing that the main pool was closed for repairs during part of my 7 day stay. TV only had a few channels that worked (no signal) Only 2 channels both news were in English. The rest were Indian, Thai, Chinese, German etc. Let staff know about the issues with the tv but nobody fixed the signal problem. Hotel was in a good location.
