Whole building is getting old and tired, new management are very rude. Stayed in same room as 12 mths earlier and a window that water was leaking in from still hasn't been repaired (reported this on both stays) location is good, close to everything including the beach. But apartments don't have dishwashers or ovens and internally the bathrooms are getting bit old. The main swimming pool is surrounded by the building so gets very little sunshine so pool is a bit cold. We had a rooftop spa so used that instead of the main swimming pool. Is one of the cheapest in Mooloolaba which is fine if you're happy to have an older style unit. Probably wouldn't stay again as there are many options in the area

Did not get higher floor as requested.Tiled floors were dirty and the toilet was smelly.There was very noise I from the room beside us,as there was a traddie using hammer drill.This went on for a full day.We were not informed of this.

Nautilus Mooloolaba is a short walking distance to the beach and surrounding restaurants. It’s an excellent location for a great beach holiday. Within the nautilus complex is a pool area. The pool was well used and a great facility for families with young children. The apartment is clean, dated but reasonably comfortable. The 2 seater launch was old and too soft to be considered comfortable. A washing machine was a nice bonus with a large bathroom with spa bath. The complex could do with a makeover but otherwise our time there was pleasant. Wifi is limited to 1.5GB per day and isn’t always reliable. Also note that unlike serviced apartments, your room is not made up, replenished with new towels, soaps, bedding and towel, coffee, tea, sugar, etc regardless of the number of days you stay. We were there for 3 nights.

Firstly , if you booked with Hotels and expect the promised breakfast , its not happening , someone is telling porkies . Now the good news , apartment comfortable and quiet and perfect location . Walk to top restaurants and attractions and the beach is 2 minutes walk . We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back .
