Very friendly and safe, excellent food and very helpful staff. Beautiful gardens and fine paintings on the walls. The pool was clean but quite small and covered with netting for most of the time, but I did swim in it once.

5 days of no Internet and Management didn’t care
I booked a larger room for one week to aid my work. If I was lucky I had 1 bar of Internet service in my room. Elsewhere was fine but I ended up working in their lobby, the patio and the parking lot. Between 2-4 am I had 2 bars of service and I performed most work then. Daily complaints resulted in no change, just assurances that someone was looking into it. When I informed the desk clerk the first time the higher level people in the office behind him closed the door. Nice. Requests to change room for one with working Internet were unanswered. Don’t stay here if you need to work.

I was not booked thanks God I had a copy of my booking it toot almost three hours before I got triple room facing wall so dark, I wish I did not used Expedia this will my last booking through your site, just not happy at with your service and the hotel service as well!
