Pro: Great location, 5 mins walk to train station. DIY coin operated laundry in the Hotel lobby. Surrounded with convenient shop and food. Cons: Room was too dusty

This hotel was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable and decent in size. They even offered me an upgrade which was nice. It was close to lots to do and to the Metro. I also appreciated them having umbrellas for guests to use. I would stay here again.

Service is great. Polite staff. Room is clean. Some don't have windows. A 5 minutes walk to the nearest JR station.

Cockroach found in the room
There are stairs at the entrance with no ramp for luggage. A cockroach was found in the room. Unacceptable! The staff at the front desk offered “I’m so sorry” as the only response.
