Loved our stay at The Haven stayed here a few times . All the staff are so accommodating and helpful , pool is awesome , breakfast is fantastic in walking distance to Bintang Supermarket circle k a few doors down , Legian in walking distance, the beach only a 10 minute walk . The only negative this time was the beds were very hard and the curtains don’t block out the balcony lights apart from a lovely place to stay and will definitely be back thank you

The staff are amazing, such lovely, helpful, geniune people. They are the stars of the show. We loved the pool area towards the back, it was so relaxing and the vegetation provided lovely natural protection from the sun. The rooms were really spacious which we loved and the beds were excellent, so comfortable. The interior is slightly dated and we could of done with a few more utensils / plates in the kitchen. The breakfast was perfect and the added bonus of afternoon tea was a special treat. The location is great, lots of shops and a short walk to the beach. We also met our great driver Surya (Tom) who took us on a great half day trip to Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Pedang Pedang beach. Highly rated, his patience in traffic was inspirational. Highly recommend The Haven and would definitely stay there again.

Great value for the price, location and friendly staff. Walking distance to a lot of great cafes and a lovely pool area Stayed here for 10 nights, we found house keeping to be a bit slow some days. Would go out all day and come back and housekeeping wasn’t done. Was hard to call through to house keeping number Breakfast did not have a lot of different options and night time noise can be quite loud due a night bar opposite of road
