What an amazing place to stay! Great rooms and comfort. Close to everything. We will definitely book the White Buffalo every time we stay in Jackson.

It was a quick trip, but we loved the room. We will be back. Gorgeous room and great location for walking downtown and shopping.

Not a good value and cannot recommend. The service and accommodations were less than luxury, 2 Star! No sense of place or sense of belonging as one might expect from the name. Room was dark with very little natural light because the window faced another building. 5 night stay in early September. Reception/lobby does not exist. Team members were not excited to be there or serve. No name recognition. The coffee maker in the room was not working. We asked 3 times for it to be replaced. Finally got one on after our 4th night. The carpet outside the door was stained. After a full day there i brought it to their attention it took another 2 days to get cleaned. Breakfast was not good, coffee was good. Plastic flatware was available at breakfast, they put it in a cheap holder with the business end of the spoons and forks facing outward for everyone to touch, NOT sanitary. Horribly overpriced for what you get, we selected it expecting a luxury stay, the Marriott Springhill suites would have been better - Better service, better accommodations.
