Convenient, quiet and good value..
The location of this Hotel is perfect - just off the Reforma near the Alameda end. I had a single room on the 8th floor which I recommend if you are alone. Only 3 rooms well separated so very quiet - mine was at the back. Would try to get this floor again. Can walk short stairs to the pool. This was a bit disappointing as there was a business meeting or private party in the pool area every day/night This is my third stay and will do so again. I do not like to be very high up in Hotels in Mexico city for obvious reasons and is another reason to stay here.

Day of the dead week was very noisy but everywhere was that week.

Disappointing. Hotel was old and poorly maintained. Room’s mini-bar was locked throughout the stay. Room service menu shut down before stipulated time and staff member did not care to cook anything. When I went to the pool, the non obligatory tip was automatically added without my consent. Do not disturb (No Molestar) sign hung on door but room attendant walked in anyway. Utterly horrible.

It was nice. My family enjoy the pool a lot, but they should have more towels by the pool. Service room was good.
