Horrible service
The service reps told me I had to pay the normal rate of the hotel and pay directly to the hotel because they did not get paid by Expedia. I told them I would pay but expected a refund from the hotel when they received payment from Expedia they said no refund would be given so that meant I would have to pay double. After telling them no I am guaranteed my room because I reserved through the third party they made me wait. When the rep came back he issued me one room and said nothing else no explaining my stay or the property or Wi-Fi not even to explain parking… when I asked about the payment he said no they still didn’t get paid but that’s fine…. And nothing else. I booked two rooms and when I came back to the counter because I only received one key card the rep then asked what my problem was. I had to explain to him he only issued one room but I booked two. He said he o oh gave me one because I didn’t tell him I booked two… but he after I told him it should be on my reservation he said yea I see two but I only gave you one because you didn’t tell me two rooms
