Only a few staff at the lobby. I have stayed in for 3 days the other 2 couples. No smiling face of all staff, including In the dining restaurant. you feel like you are a stranger and can’t ask for help. I travel from Beijing throughout 7 big cities of China. This 5* stars hotel service is really disappointed.

Great Breakfast. Dinner is very reasonable. Hotel is above average for a 5 star. This place is timeless. Very grand and in the convenient area for shopping, food, etc. This was my 3rd trip and I will always go back to this place. Hotel Staff is great. The spa is fantastic and priced very reasonable. Hotel is locally owned, I guess that's why it is better than most 5 stars. In my opinion, this should be a 6 star.
